Our new house is placed on Mallorca in Es Pas de Vallgornera, Calle Ribera, which is close to Cala Pi. which is the coastal road through Cala Pi. 5min walking distance there is a natural stone access to the sea and 10min by car there is the nice Cala Pi.  You have sea-view from almost every window but the view form the roof-top-terrace is just amazing. A nice garden, big pool with 8,20m x 4,00m (on request heated) with Jacuzzi and as highlight a great outdoor kitchen will ensure a great stay. In the small village Cala Pi you will find almost everything for daily life. A mini-market, several nice restaurants, playgrounds for the kids - it is just an amazing place to relax, enjoy music of Spanish guitar and a nice summerwine.

 

All rooms have independent Aircondition for the hot summer and central heating for the winter. - the full year the perfect temperature guaranteed.

 

The house is equiped by a German design-studio for our own usage and we welcome you to have some great days.
