All prices are including bed linen, towels for shower and the pool. The tourism tax is also included. When you arrive you have to pay a deposit of 300 EUR to the caretaker which will be refunded
at departure.
Arrival is usually possible at 4pm and departure at 10am.
A cleaning fee of 150 EUR per stay comes on top of all prices and have to be paid cash to the caretaker at arrival.
For use of the Jacuzzi an additional fee of 75 EUR will be charged. This includes cleaning, fresh water, heating.
On request the pool can be heated. This will be charged extra with 100 EUR for the first week and every additional week 50 EUR.
Minimum stay is 5 night. Prices and conditions for a stay longer than 4 week on request.
